TERMS, PRIVACY AND SERVICES AGREEMENT
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website and pet waste removal services operated by Living Inside Out FIRST (“LIOF”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).

Living Inside Out FIRST (LIOF), its affiliates, volunteers and staff go above and beyond to ensure the quality, reliability, and professionalism of our programs, retreats and services. By accessing and agreeing to use Living Inside Out FIRST programs, you, the participant, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using any of our programs, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or conditions applicable to such programs. Any participation in our programs will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the outlined guidelines, please do not use our programs. All items below are predicated based on program, location, new wisdom, availability, and are subject to change at any time.

The primary goal of our programs is to provide you with an opportunity to get healthier, unplug, go deeper inside yourself, and reset your life, mind, and body through Eating Healthier, the healing sound of Silence and Stillness, Exercise, Walking, working with your Energy, Meditation, Movement, and Breathing.
These Programs and Retreats take place at various locations worldwide. Again, we ask that you carefully read and agree to this release and waiver of liability (the “Release”).
By checking the box, or signing this Release, you indicate that you understand the risks and assume full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being. If anything should come up, consult with your physician again immediately, or YELL FOR HELP (if at our silence retreat or walk). From cleanses or retreats, we have found that most accidents and challenges can be avoided if participants remain grounded and seek assistance before issues escalate.

LEGAL WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in one or more of the above-listed Living Inside Out FIRST Programs. I agree with to Release of claims, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, successors, administrators, and any other person with an interest at law, I hereby waive any and all claims against Living Inside Out FIRST, its founder, owner, volunteers, sponsors, partners, employees, agents, and representatives (“the releases”) for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of any nature suffered by me as a result of my participation in any of the above-listed Programs that I am willingly agreeing to participate in.
I release Living Inside Out FIRST, LLC from any cause whatsoever, including negligence.
Potential Risks:
1. Food: Certain cleanse foods, drinks, fasts, or recommendations might not work for me, or I might be allergic to.
2. Terrain: Natural areas and the ocean may present hazards, obstacles, and life-threatening
conditions.
3. Isolation: Retreats may take place in remote areas where communication and medical
treatment may not be available for hours or days.
4. Animals: Encounters with wild animals or insects during activities such as sitting in silence, walking in silence, hiking, swimming, sitting by the pool, 1-on-1 coaching, inside a location, or while outside in nature may occur.
5. Weather: Rapid and extreme weather changes may present significant challenges.
6. Lifeguard: NO lifeguard is provided. I enter the swimming pool, pond, lake, ocean, or any water at my own risk.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Living Inside Out FIRST program(s) I am agreeing to participate in and waive all legal rights against the “releases.”
Release
As consideration for being permitted to participate in these programs and activities, I agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives will not sue or attach the
property of Living Inside Out FIRST, its affiliates, founder, owner, volunteers, sponsors, partners, employees, agents, and representatives for any injury or damage resulting from my participation.
I certify that I am medically, physically, and emotionally fit to participate. I have been
examined by a licensed physician within the last twelve months and deemed in good health.
I will follow all instructions provided by Living Inside Out FIRST and its instructors during the programs and any other activities I agreed to participate in. I understand that deviations from instructions are at my own risk.
I acknowledge that ticket and registration fees are Non-Refundable.
I authorize Living Inside Out FIRST to publish photographs or videos taken of me during Programs, Retreats and Events for print, online, or marketing purposes without compensation. I
waive all rights to ownership, royalties, or claims related to such use.

Final Acknowledgement
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS
TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO IT, AND HAVE AGREED TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE.
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE/COUNTY WHERE LIVING INSIDE OUT FIRST IS LOCATED, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY PRINCIPALS OF CONFLICTS OF LAW.
BY CHECKING THE BOX PRIOR TO PURCHASING A TICKET OR SIGNING UP FOR A PROGRAM, I AM STATING THAT I AM 18 YEARS OF AGE, AND I AM AGREEING THAT MY CHECKING THE BOX IS MY COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Programs and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Program.
Terms and Conditions of Changes:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least a few days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Programs after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Program.
Terms and Conditions of Intellectual Property:
The Program and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Living Inside Out FIRST (LIOF).

Privacy & Refund Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Living Inside Out FIRST’s (LIOF) policy is to respect and protect the privacy of visitors to our web site. The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide you with a description of the type of information we collect and how we use that information.
Please read the “Privacy Policy” completely, as well as our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for use of information we may gather. Should you have any questions in this regard, feel free to contact us.
1. What Information we may collect about you?
We collect information to provide better programs to all of our participants and clients from figuring out basic stuff like the address and contact information, to behavioral information so we can best provide programs to you, to payment information for the programs we provide to you.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
For example, many of our LIOF programs require you to sign up first. When you do, we’ll ask for personal information, like your name, email address, telephone number or credit card number. We also collect information about the programs, services and products we provide to you on a past, current and ongoing basis. However, we will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.
3. Sharing of Data with Third Party
The LIOF mentioned data may be shared with third party vendors and partners only on a need to know basis and it will be governed by their privacy policy, which will be provided to you when you accept any offer by them.
3.1 Consent for the Collection, Storage, Use and Distribution of the Data
You hereby agree to the collection and use of the information or data.
4. What we may do with the Information we collect?
We use information you provide to fulfill your requests and improve our programs, products and services. We may use personal information to display or send personalized content to our website visitors as well as to send promotional material, special offers and other updates to our customers and newsletter subscribers. A user or participant may, at any time, opt out of receiving such information. We also use collected information to evaluate and administer our programs, products and services, resolve clients’ issues like responding to any problems that may arise such as program information delivery failures, difficulties in navigating our sites or accessing certain features as well as to gauge user trends to determine what programs and products are most popular with users.
We allow users of our website to email us their feedback. We do not retain any email address (unless you are a member who already has voluntarily provided your email address) of either the sender or recipient of such e-mail or links after they are sent.
5. How we may share Personal Information?
We may share your personal information with the parties described below:
5.1 Credit Card Companies:
As in any transaction, your credit card company will have all relevant information about the name of the affiliate, products purchased, date and total cost. LIOF will not otherwise provide any personal data to your credit card company.
5.2 Payment Gateways:
Credit card numbers are only shared with our partners with whom you place an online order. They process the billing of such products on our behalf. Rest assured that we and our payment gateways follow careful procedures to safeguard credit card data in connection with your transactions.
5.3 Important Note:
We reserve the right to use or disclose any information without notice or consent as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request; to conduct investigations of consumer complaints or possible breaches of law; to protect the integrity of our site and our property; to protect the safety of our visitors or others; to fulfill your requests; or to cooperate in any legal investigation.
6. How do we use cookies?
Your Web browser offers so-called “cookies” which, if you allow their use, store small amounts of data on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information about you and therefore cannot be used to identify your personal details. LIOF may offer links to or from websites it controls to other sites within the LIOF community. We also offer links to some renowned websites that review products and provide information that we think might be valuable to our participants and clients.
8. Changes to Privacy Policy
We will occasionally update “Privacy Policy” as necessary to protect you to comply with a changing environment. We recommend that you check the policy when you visit our site to be sure you are aware of and understand the prevailing policy. If we make material changes to this policy, we will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change. We will not make material changes in how we may handle any of your previously collected personal information that has a retroactive effect unless legally required to do so, and we will e-mail registered participants and clients, and newsletter subscribers information on material changes to this policy.
Billing
* Most of our programs are free or donation only. However, if a cost is associated with said program, payment is to be received in full prior to the program’s start date. Payments are made via our website using debit card, credit card and echeck. All payments are subject to additional service fees that are visible prior to submitting final payment. No Refunds.
