5:30am Park at Penn Sq Mall Sears and stretch the body. 6am Walk 3.5 miles to Lake Hefner’s Bert Cooper Trail. Walk 9.5 miles around the Trail 2x’s (19 miles total) Walk 3.5 miles back to Sears.
